On Friday November 9 2012 a commercial financing facility in the sum of US$4.647 million was executed between Republic Bank Limited (RBL) and the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago (GORTT) representing 15.0 per cent of the financing for the Digital Communication System for the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS).
